Received call from sony malaysia that my order cannot be fulfilled due to technical glitch... had to put me in second batch

For those of you who received a phone call from sony about being unable to fulfill order due to the system glitch of over accepting purchase, have you received any follow up about that yet? Like date of 2nd batch, email etc.
