As much as we feel very disappointed I don't think this warrants us to use profanity at them. Don't get me wrong, I understand the frustration but these kind of situations do happen and we just have to accept it. We can just voice out our frustration.

the one to blame is sony's IT department for screwing up the online preorders.
not sure if this kind of situation has happened in other regions or not but this is the first time I am hearing about this.

A deal has been made, it is legally binding for them to honor the deal, not to mentioned payment made. As a first party, surely Sony can reallocate units to right their own mistake. No reputable business would dishonor a sealed deal like this. Perhaps Xbox not sold here make them feel invincible in Msia market.
