My friend managed to contact Sony Customer Service Live chat ,he gave the guy his order number.
The sony people ask him to hold on a sec and then after 5 min the Sony guy replied back to him that his order# is confirmed. Then email him a satisfaction survey form to fill in. Guess he is safe from pre-order? By the way he said he received the confirmation email from Ipay88 and Sony email at 12.03am both at the same time. |

Some people getting confirmation as early as 12:00 and the order is cancelled, but there are also people getting it at 12:03 and getting it confirmed? So confusing.
