Hi, anybody have any recommendations for a 32in 4k monitor ?

Now, before I kena blasted for why want buy 32in monitor is that I game exclusively on my computer table (PC, switch, ps4) . It's a pretty large table but putting a 40inch on it would be .. weird and too close for me.

Originally, was going to aim for a 32in 1440p, but since Sony not supporting it, I don't want to have to upscale 1080p to 1440p..

So, any suggestions?

I got it from them too.. and so far no call/msg/sms... but I also afraid of their efficiency in handling such matters.. I buy other stuff from them occasionally and they aren't really that competent in general haha.

THe other day gave me a fright. I created the account for the first time and was trying to add my PlusOne account to it. Had some issues so was contacting their support (took 3 days to fix this issue btw)..

One of those days while checking my account page, on the account dashboard the Order History was empty!

Wah I was thinking damn did they cancel my order? but turns out the dashboard try to fetch the order history time out.. but click on order history itself can still see my order haha. Then an hour later back to normal.

Actually never buy from them before. Anyone else bought from senq other stuff? What is the procedure? Do they need to call to confirm or can we assume that the order went through?

ooo nice. How did you ask them? DId you ask if they would get it at the release date or something?

haha the other day when they were fixing my issue with tying membership to my account, they keep ask for my order number, at first i don't want to give and keep asking why they need it.. i just want them to link my account together.. (I sked they mess up my order somehow or purposely cancel my order or something for insider lol.. yeah too paranoid)

IN the end they just wanted to make sure to enter this order into my membership account so that the points will be counted later...

Folks have been sharing this screenshot to their comments page. They've been deleting em and I personally just made a comment to someone else that they've been doing so and they've banned me from commenting on their page lol.

I don't think he meant opened by chinese ... but chinapek style is just to describe more like those shops last time in sg.wang run by ahbeng ahlians... buy console force you buy original adapter for rm 50-100 or buy "original" games. It's not racial but describe that type of business style haha.. (honestly if don't use chinapek i also dunno how to describe)

yep those type of shops. You know I was one of the biggest fans of GH. When Djinn was selling here I thought he was one of the better sellers along with Kyo & PBBSeller (Impulse gaming). When they opened a store I was happy that we had a game store like those in US Gamestop etc. A proper outlet to buy games and consoles without having to be scammed by those Sg.Wang types .. Sadly GH recently ( not only just this case) a bit ehh.. going backward.

I saw someone post a screenshot of their current page for PS5 the PWP is now limited only to their silicon crap. I wonder if it is because Sony tell them they can do bundle, but not forced bundle with Sony stuff? (games, accessories etc)

I think people's gripe with them is that they didn't reveal this before PO. A lot people probably thought ok la.. don't need go Sony or other sstores.. "buy from GH cos convenient for me etc" .. Then when they finally slog through their website get faced with that shit. At that point you are practically... "yeah it's like that lor.. now 12pm lor you want buy from us or not? Most places sold out already la.. you think fast ah". At that point from my POV feels like an intentional planned ambush at the customers.


As for the technical error, what doesn't make sense to me is this. People said it was rm 150 for peninsular and rm300 for sabah and sarawak correct? (originally la). If it is an error how did it even happen? Did the page admin just pull rm 300 out of their ass? Aren't these numbers pre-approved ?

Also notice that they have not posted on their page that this is a technical error (the shipping charges) ask people to arrange for refund on that etc.. seems fishy to me..


p/s: this whole thing really no skin off my back because I never planned to get from them. It was shopee/senq/impulse for me.. but I just find the whole thing weird and I think GH are handling it like lil b*

Yep that's what I heard .. but as I said if RM150 was meant for Sabah and Sarawak.. then that rm 300 come from where? the page admin sendiri shiok decide to put in without consulting the bosses?

Yeah some more that is just the sony page admin.. i doubt they can accurately talk about company handling of this etc..

What people can do is just stop buying from them .. So many game stores with better trained staff and no shady stuff like these.
