store in US like walmart,gamestop,target also do bundle...but with 1+2year more warranty and must buy one of ps5 official accessories to PO.

Actually right, GH or any other shop can bundle their stuff with anything they want or with any evil intention they have. Its consumer's choice whether to buy right? If everyone boycott, I am sure they wont do it again. Its because of desperate consumer that encourage them to continue. Like those game shop that sell PS5 at RM4k. that's they why they kena saman by sony malaysia. if they offer people a choice, nobody will complain.

yup gh should have make a notice beforehand that PO with bundle it needed on timer.instead they make us to get rubbish bundle that we not going to use and random games we dont even know.
bundle with official accessories and 1 year psn , i can accept .

I think people's gripe with them is that they didn't reveal this before PO. A lot people probably thought ok la.. don't need go Sony or other sstores.. "buy from GH cos convenient for me etc" .. Then when they finally slog through their website get faced with that shit. At that point you are practically... "yeah it's like that lor.. now 12pm lor you want buy from us or not? Most places sold out already la.. you think fast ah". At that point from my POV feels like an intentional planned ambush at the customers.


As for the technical error, what doesn't make sense to me is this. People said it was rm 150 for peninsular and rm300 for sabah and sarawak correct? (originally la). If it is an error how did it even happen? Did the page admin just pull rm 300 out of their ass? Aren't these numbers pre-approved ?

Also notice that they have not posted on their page that this is a technical error (the shipping charges) ask people to arrange for refund on that etc.. seems fishy to me..


p/s: this whole thing really no skin off my back because I never planned to get from them. It was shopee/senq/impulse for me.. but I just find the whole thing weird and I think GH are handling it like lil b*

I read somewhere that they ratify the shipping to RM20 for peninsular and RM150 to Sabah and Sarawak. Still very expensive shipping for us in Sarawak

if they offer plain vanilla PS5, obviously nobody will buy the PWP. Not because PWP sucks, but because there is very little time to waste to click through bundles and options in order to secure a unit.

Imagine if their PWP 'force' you take 2 official PS accessories + 1 PS5 game + PSN (or whatever), you think ppl will complain like right now? They will be freaking happy if they manage to secure a unit from GH, even with PWP.
