I was with my cousin when they called him, said that they have just been notified by sony that stocks are very limited, so most customers will only get their units by end of january to early Feb? Wtf? And somemore cannot get a refund at this point.

I got it from them too.. and so far no call/msg/sms... but I also afraid of their efficiency in handling such matters.. I buy other stuff from them occasionally and they aren't really that competent in general haha.

THe other day gave me a fright. I created the account for the first time and was trying to add my PlusOne account to it. Had some issues so was contacting their support (took 3 days to fix this issue btw)..

One of those days while checking my account page, on the account dashboard the  Order History was empty!

Wah I was thinking damn did they cancel my order? but turns out the dashboard try to fetch the order history time out.. but click on order history itself can still see my order haha. Then an hour later back to normal.

Actually never buy from them before? anyone else bought from senq other stuff? What is the procedure? Do they need to call to confirm or can we assume that the order went through?

"no information on what batch you are in as we do not have this info"

Talked to the customer service agent from senq through their FB page..the answer i got from them is pretty standard on what they told the other members here, that our PO is confirmed and the eta is 11 December 2020 onwards. Also asked them on when the accessories for the ps5 will be available for PO, they said their supplier have not given them update on hence it is still not available for PO.

for us, those who walk in to collect dont forget to bring plastik hitam or whatsoever to avoid unwanted attention
