Just got my c716 65” less than 24 hr shipping time....

Now watching 4k on 65”... man this is another level...

Which firmware is installed ?

Yep.. very fast... i ordered around 1 pm...and by 5.30pm already trackable...

Not sure which firmware... try to update..but it said latest firmware already installed.

He had to send the TV back to them ar for this? I think nvm la, very hard to convince my wife already.

On a good note, my wife might allow me to increase budget to buy the Sony X9000h but a lot of physical shops no stock.

Anyway no fate for me but good that others are able to enjoy it! At this price point, nothing beats it for the specs you get.

There is whatsapp number 012-9708123 on TCL Malaysia Service Page.

Use that number to claim warranty.

I have issue after two months using 50inch C716. See my post.

I am glad their response is fast after send picture and purchase details.

BOLD Part: TCL technician come and collect the tv, factory at Port Klang replace the panel. Technician send the TV back at my place. Turn ON and confirm that everything is good. 3 days total (2 1/2 days without TV)

got my 65 716 2 days ago.. the problem is.. i cannot watch any movie yet since my wife non stop watching korean series

overall satisfied.. but why ah when im tick on clear led motion seems the scren flicker.. btw the tv come with 606 firmware

Been comparing firmware ver 606 and 620...seems like ver 620 has much brighter screen, more accurate colour temperature with 10 steps control, rename micro dimming to local contrast, audio delay setting...but I have minor audio syncing issue with my Samsung Q80 soundbar...

After bought the TV, where to register the warranty? if buy the TV from online...

That's quite fast though to get it fixed but it's ok we have selected the refund anyway so will ship back one TV to seller myself and one he will arrange with GDex to collect tomorrow.

One thing I was surprised with after I did a factory reset to clear my personal login data from the initial access, was that the runtime actually resets to 0. I always thought it can only be done if it gets sent back to manufacturer or service centre. Therefore, there is really no 100% certainty that we get new units actually. I guess it really boils down to luck.

Oh yea, you're right about the Up time reset.

I have just searched your old post and managed to access the service menu now to check out of curiosity and it's definitely way longer than what I have it up for. Plus I only got the TV last Tuesday afternoon, even if I were to switch it on 24 hours from then, it wouldn't be able to reach 8 days also.

Is this cumulative RunTime normal for a new TV or is it used/ returned unit?
