0. DO NOT ACTIVATE the card. by activating it, you are deemed to accept the card and all the t&cs along with it, eg fees, SST, etc
1. you DID not explicitly apply the bhp mastercard, you have the right to cancel without delay
2. ask them to cancel the card IMMEDIATELY as they are breaching proper code of conduct by applying additional card without consent!
3. if you want, cc to BNM Telelink, for their unscrupulous tactic. or you may do this later after if the card still listed/registered to you.

Ya, I didn't activate it.
After walking out from the branch, I immediately called CS to cancel it as I found it weird that I have to wait 6-months to cancel a card that I didn't apply.
Earlier today I called again to pressure them on the cancellation process.
The CS said that the card had been blocked and cancellation is already in progress. It will take 7-14 days.
I insisted asking why can't immediately cancel the card that I didn't apply. She politely apologies and sorry for the inconvenience caused.
