I am actually baffled why they include BigPay in the list given they have the feature to withdraw. Maybe they forsee BigPay removing the feature soon?

Topup ewallet that does not have withdrawal feature (i.e. TnG Boost Grabpay) is fine. Does not make business sense to allow ewallet like BigPay though.

But isn't this clause in most of the credit card application form? Might be wrong on this.

They say Monday got one day approval. So they will submit only on that day. First time hearing such procedure.

Anyway they didn't offer any free gift for applying via branch.

I still don't see anything in my CCRIS. The salesman told me that I will have to drop by the branch to apply for internet banking once the credit card is approved.

I wonder if I can do it online?

Wouldn't the PBB Quantum be a better bet for the contactless? After all they offer 5%, only downside is that it only applies for trxs of at least RM30. Anyway OOT.

In CCRIS I can see my status as Approved by FI, but under Application for Credit, means approved? They are quite generous in terms of credit limit though.

Should have chosen branch collection since I will be making a trip to the branch anyway to setup the internet banking.

Will we always get an SMS for application approval? I didn't get any but I check my CCRIS application is under Approved by FI.

My sales staff didn't follow up at all. Thing is I applied through branch.

Applied on 7th got my cards via snail mail today. Need to go to the branch to register internet banking next. Hopefully can get umbrella as free gift haha

How do you tie your credit card to your online banking?

Anyone having problem adding your card in BigPay? Tried but it says 'Please use a different method or contact your bank for support'.

I see. I did a cleanup before that cause I have more than 5 cards saved maybe that is why. Thanks.

When I went to the branch to do online banking, they told me to change my PIN at atm machine first. Since there is ATM machine at the branch, no issues for me.

Even if you don't activate the card, SST will still be charged.

Anybody having issue topping up their BigPay? I keep getting that please contact your bank for support error since yesterday. This time I did not do any cleanup in BigPay.

I managed to reach the otp page and get the otp, the error message is shown after the page is redirected back to BigPay. I assume it is BigPay issue now?
