The ways I know of,
1. Submit online form and wait random sales agent contact - https://www.affinbank.com.my/Others/AFFIN-D...ation-Form.aspx

2. Ask efficient sales agent contact in few posts earlier and skip the online form step

3. Email apply? Not sure was it possible, some mentioned they tried and no report on the progress afterward.

Since the Duo Visa is for online purchase, does anyone know if Affin offers good exchange rate? And any cross border fee imposed?

No provision to submit doc when applying online. Have to submit the hardcopy to the staff/agent

no other ways

still need to visit branch (better to wait for card approval first; unless you collect from branch or you walk-in to submit application) to validate your thumbprint for creating online portal access.

According to the formal protocol, yes, you need to fill up the form at branch then only will receive the OTP for Affin first time login.
However, you may check with your SA, maybe they could accept the email submission.
I apply the online access via email submission, SA support me on that way.

I didn't submit anything to staff. He took machine to insert my IC and extracted my EPF statement.
