Is it must walk in to the branch for application of affin credit card? Could we apply through affin website and submit the document through email?

hi, the 3% cash back for affin duo visa cr card will be credited on statement date based on statement month spending? i yet to receive any cash back for Nov spending of which my statement date is on earlier of Dec.
