I also don't know, what kind of SOP is that and which Management's decision is that?
I think because I asked the sales person few times for status, so she cannot take it and asked her colleague to call me to entertain me.

I direct applied to the officer. Leas than 12 hours status appear in ccris. Vip service... Now pending result only. Thumb up

In CCRIS I can see my status as Approved by FI, but under Application for Credit, means approved? They are quite generous in terms of credit limit though.

Finally, my address mystery solved. My agent just WhatsApp-ed me again and showed the screenshots of her conversation with the people in HQ. The residential address I gave is my sister's house address which I'm currently residing now since 6 years ago but I didn't declare this address anywhere... I usually use office address but due to pandemic I'm forced to work from my sister's place and for convenience purpose I filled in that as my residential address... Mana tau the people in HQ are questioning where did I get this address as it is not appearing on my CCRIS.

OK, waiting for my agent to call me back as she is driving now. Epic.

I got a standard credit limit. But surprisingly my officer told me my application was approved, I have not received the sms saying my card was approved, but start receiving promotion sms from Affin eh?

Same, got the sms too. I dont think there is any approval sms. I found out that my application is successful from ccris /IVR / officer

mine approved already when i check at 7pm
don't know Friday can get in branch or not

the cl not same as this afternoon
it increase a bit

Seems like that's the case. Hopefully all will be sorted out later.

There are people approved since 4th Sept but still haven't got the cards yet..

I applied for the cards online on Sunday and today one of their staff from HQ came to my house to get my signature on the application form.

Got a plastic tumbler free gift. LOL.

it happened to my mum yesterday and today rejected

oh gawd, is it. i been hearing the same message since last friday. But when talk to cs, they say cannot find my record ask me to wait 14 days then only lodge report :x

When did you submit? Just want to know how long it is before it shows in eCCRIS
