Wouldn't the PBB Quantum be a better bet for the contactless? After all they offer 5%, only downside is that it only applies for trxs of at least RM30. Anyway OOT.

quantum visa: any contactless txn less than rm600 (total monthly cumulative spend also rm600) -- max cb rm30

affin vs: any contactless txn less than rm250 (total monthly cumulative spend rm2667) -- max cb rm80

I think AFFIN DSR calculation is

credit card total outstanding X 10% plus
others commitments like Hire Purchase and housing loan divide total monthly net income

Then Divide by monthly net income x100%

My application rejected because DSR >60%...

So not sure what is the best DSR to get approved.

may not worth holding extra affin vs for 3% which still subject to 25 sst...
hopefully they abolish the 25sst for cc
then can hold many cc to cover all spending to max cb

Submitted application on last Monday, called to CS but my application still not submitted from My town branch. Don't know whether they really didn't submit or HQ system too slow. They do all manual works. Sigh. Not telly la like this.
