Submitted online yesterday afternoon and received a call in the evening from the Branch. Asked me what time I applied so that they know how quick HQ transmitted information to them for follow up.
Wonder why they make me fill up all the detail information online then still ask me to fill up the actual application form. They could have asked for name, IC and phone number in the online submission so the bank can contact us. Anyway, let's see if I can get an approval.

understand. i means do him means like 1st bill out (assume 2.2k), then pay some amount (maybe 1.2k), then use again.or.... transfer out... then before 20th, pay another 1k

Finally got a call from Affin... Telling me it cannot be sent to residential address (Seremban) and must be my office address in KL...

Then I told her I will only go back to office once a month, so it is really difficult to coordinate if it is sent to my office address... I can hear her reluctance over the phone and I finally gave in said if really cannot then send to office... She said she will try first with residential address, if cannot then office address. Will let me know.

Is this the same for you all?

She said Management's decision... I have been working from home since MCO started and only started going back to office last month, that is also one week in a month... What if I'm working from home permanently, then no need to apply for this card?

I feel the Affin bank prefer send the card to office or Branch collection.
Maybe want to save the hassle of sign receive problem when nobody at home.

I asked if they are using courier service, she said normal post only.. So, I assumed it is snail mail.
If she says I will need to collect from nearest branch, I'm also OK, there is one 10 minutes drive from my residential address but insists on office address.

Lucky you, mine still not sure what is the delivery status. Approved on 4th but still not delivered out yet. Said within 10 days. Yes, the CS also said normal post.

Hmm.. This doesn't mean my application is approved, I asked her just now, she said still pending.

Eh, I thought you got a call to inform on delivery? How come approval is still pending

The call was just to ask if I'm OK to have it delivered to office address...
Then, I asked about the approval status, she said this is final stage and still pending. I'm also lost.
CCRIS and IVR are still pending.

I have no idea actually.. Looks like I'm the only one who received this call for weird request.
I hope not because of my residential address, they are going to reject it.

Anyone applied at mytown? What documents need for that branch?

Seems slow process...

I did. Walked in to Mytown last week Monday and called to CS this morning to check my status. However, there is no record of my application in their system. Dont know whether the person that handled my application did not submit or HQ system slow. I gave them my EPF statement, EA Form and LHDN Tax Receipt.
