New OTA update for Atlas has been released to X50 beta tester yesterday, anyone have preview the update changelog? ACO reluctant to share the changelog.

Say I have installed the apps using xeons initial script. If I want to remove some of the apps. I have to run the uninstall script to remove all the apps -> delete the apps that I do not need from the apps folder in the installation script -> run the installation script again?

The only thing that I'm disappointed about with this car is the sound system. Swear to god the sound system in my gf's old Bezza is so much better. Worst thing is that the vocal sounds so muddy.

The sound system (speakers) is not that bad.
Is the HU that is causing the issue. Bluetooth streaming sounds horrible too.

1. Change audio source - Joox if never sideload apps. Spotify if already sideloaded. AA / CP works as well. (As long not bluetooth)
2. Add DSP - Get our fav Audxeon D1680. The EQ in Atlas / GKUI sucks. EQ shared by Muncheno with stock speakers.
3. Add underseat subwoofer - If want
4. If 1 to 3 doesn't work, then only look into changing the speakers. It will help but 1 to 3 is cheaper.

Ya, I do agree the sound system is very bad, but when you listen to the radio via the Syok app on the IHU.....it is like 2 worlds apart.

Very simple fix -> from the Proton manual Self-learning of Anti-pinch Power

If the battery of the vehicle is re-charged, disconnected or cannot work normally, it is necessary to carry out self-learning for power
window with anti-pinch function to enable automatic operation or anti-pinch function.
Self-learning steps are as follows: Pull up the switch until the window is completely closed, and then pull up the switch further for 1
second before releasing the switch.

lf the power window cannot work normally after above operations, please contact authorised PROTON service outlet for inspection and repair as soon as possible.

Tried without bluetooth and there was indeed a difference. Any good tutorials for sideloading apps like Spotify?

Look for my previous messages in this thread where I explored this. I'm a bit of an audiophile but I didn't want to change the stock hardware so tested with sideloading Spotify/use Carlinkit to improve.

So far I'm quite happy with it for stock sound

Did you install the equaliser?

Didn't bother, I'm ok with the stock sound.. close enough to my preferred V-shape sound signature.. mids/upper-treble can be a bit harsh but not too bad for stock.

I use Bluetooth music alot. and with free equaliser.. feel good with the sound tho. 😁

mind to share the file for that equalizer app?

Bought the clip from taobao... they do not match. Original is wider. New one seller claims suitable for Geely Binyue is smaller, and longer. So being too small, it cannot stay put. Will fall out easily.

Yes been using the app for a while now. Carlinkit is nice to use, however for some reason my phone cannot be auto connected to the IHU bluetooth everytime the car starts.

Yes u can do this. But i think xeon also has the unsintall script for which app u dont want. But it requires many steps. Just uninstall and install is better.

Sent my car for service today. They have an update for BCM software. And sc say it's a recall 🤔

whats BCM software?
