Anyone still being forced to buy the X50 Urban/Utility Package? I'm being told just today, all outlets in Swak must sell with Utility Package, RM3.3k. So there is no escape, unless decide to get the car after tax exemption period.

What is the interest rate now? I got 2.43% from MBB.

HLB 2.27% 70k 5 yrs.
HLB 2.29% 70k 7 yrs.
This is their offer, must follow. I can't say want lower loan or higher loan amount. They fix it for X50 at 70k. Take or leave. If customize amt/year, all needs to renegotiate and may get higher rates, according to the offers from my end

Still waiting for PBB, MBB... Bank Rakyat paling hebat. Asked me to go away, saying their interest is 3.15% not suitable. Now gonna look for AmBank.

I signed up for Utility Package 3.3k already, and for whatever colour that comes available soonest. Else, book today, get in 2022 most likely. And if can wait, for bookings after June, you can skip the package.

1. As long as bank loan not yet approved, according to my agent. No need special reason. You can change your mind, switch to another showroom, or simply need to pay rent, and then ask for a refund.

2. Different showroom different waiting time, and also depends on your colour.

3. Todate, the announcement is no more exemption after June, but govt can announced a pro-long exemption. But chances very slim. However, nobody have crystal ball, so we all don't know.

I am not in Labuan, but can I register to get Labuan's plate number that starts with LG XXXX ?? Who knows? Please advice.

Different outlets different situation. Someone said red, but in the outlet I went to, nobody ordered red. Lots of order for jet grey. Another outlet I went to, lots of ppl ordered red. So it all depends on which outlet you went to.

Went to see Ativa... OMG, both thumbs down. You must have "unique" taste to like Ativa. Stick to my choice of X50.

My SA informed before I book or make any payments. This is so until when tax exemption is over.

Mine will be premium red, arriving this month end. Others all taken, flagship or premium, white grey silver - all no more. If dont take this pre red, wait again.
I booked with many outlets, others can't give stocks yet. Only this outlet book and gonna receive car in one month. That's fast.
But have to buy utility package.

Thinking of adding DSP and wondering how to maintain car shine since red is non-metalic. Need suggestion. Don't want coating, cos small town, I don't have confidence the ppl here will do what is really required.

Got a quote to spray paint the roof to black for rm600. Seems this is also the price in Penang.

An update for my situation:
1- One outlet says we must add utility package, total OTR is RM100k Premium
2- Another outlet says no need, can just buy flagship, OTR is RM107k.
Both can get car by next week.

Damn these outlets... spoke to a few recent owners who were buying from the same outlet as I am, all were forced to buy the utility package. It turns out, the outlet has collected the money, and these owners still hasn't got their utility package installed. Ranging from one month to three months and counting.
