yes im using 500mbps

i wonder if its router related, that would be a quick fix

I'm using ASUS TUF AX3000, same shit happens. Definitely not router problem. My client uses ALLO provided TP-Link AC1200 faces the same problem.

What modem/router does Umobile supply to Allo network?

Heard that Umobile international connectivity goes through its sister company StarHub in Singapore.

i get about 5-10 times per day depending on ALLO mood.

I find it only happens on 500mbps package. Didn't face this kind of problem on my 50mbps package at my other area.
*
It's different for Astro BB/Celcom/DiGi/Maxis & Umobile Fibre on Allo wholesale network.

Yours on City Broadband ISP correct? They all don't share same international connection and access servers.

Can you share more detail? I can see you are connecting the fiber to your router using fiber to rj45 converters, am I right? Which brand/model of converter that you are using? How did you configure your router if you are connecting the fiber directly to your router? Where did you get your dial up password? Allo didn’t share me any password…Thank you

Hi,

It is not a converter to RJ45 and we called this ONT Stick.

The router must come with the SPF port and this TPlink router only can buy from CHINA .

Maybe you can try call Allo to get the Password.

Are you City Broadband staff trialing new equipment and setups for business plans?

If you're adventurous can even turn your own desktop PC into a Super Router!

Nope, this is my hobby only 😂.
Refer to that speed result, my laptop is connected via WIFI and not ethernet ya , so y’all can get this speed with a better wifi router.

Yeah, I also plan to get the Desktop CPU as openwrt router
