At first they ask me to do the configuration thing (quick setup thing) in which after i did the internet globe on the router turn red (im not sure if its supposed to be). Then after that, called them and they say the problem is on their end, later on say that they have blasted out the sms message (ettr 12hrs). then next day they say its their server problem and can't promise a time that this issue can be resolved. Honestly, their CS was very prematured and wasn't really helpful at all in fact, it takes so long to contact them. THis issue already persisting for 3 days which for me internet is quite crucial during the week days.

Allo Customer service shit than TM net.

did anyone solved their frequent disconnection problem?

im getting dc at least 10-15 times per day

i get about 5-10 times per day depending on ALLO mood.

I find it only happens on 500mbps package. Didn't face this kind of problem on my 50mbps package at my other area.

yes im using 500mbps

i wonder if its router related, that would be a quick fix
