They throttle Speeedtest.net when u use server not owned by Maxis / other Malaysia telco, for example, Global Forway server. Anything else owned by Maxis / other telco, speedtest no cap to show what Maxis is capable off lol . Confirm if Maxis want to do speedtest will ask you to use speedtest.maxis.com.my, which will eventually use Maxis server so no throttle

Me: Because according to your network people, they implement a throttle on the internet speed between 8PM-12AM to 2Mbps.

wow they even offer me 1 year rm30 rebate if i cancel terminate lol. must be too many cancellation they also dun care already.

That's what they offered me too before. But I gave up after 20 days. Really unusable for me at 8pm-12am.

Maxis really wont layan you at all inside MCMC portal? Anyone got response? I bashed them back saying users from lyn said their CS is useless. Teros diam no update. I keep updating speedtest from time to time to make the case stay open.

both mcmc complaint channel & maxshit are useless. just terminate & look for alternative telco & plan. that's all

Theres no other who offers unlimited except Unifi air. My area unifi air not stronk. TM themselves said the coverage here is poor.

If it wasn't for no port issue would not even bother to take 4G plans.

You may also complain to MCMC on Unifi Air poor coverage. Since Unifi is an GLC, I believe it may get approval for erecting tower or enhancing network faster and easier than non-GLC ones.
Otherwise, terminate it and just make do with whatever is good for you.

I did that using unifi mobile. Standing outside my house only 2 bar. After that the CS said no issues with their tower, said everything ok bla bla bla.

Probably the reason why. I'm still experiencing slow speed from 8-12. Peak speed it can reach is 5mbps if not its always around 2mbps

How much have you used for this month? and How much GB do you use usually for a month?

Maxis will just update in MCMC ticket and mention they already provide their best

Usually >300gb. Household of 4. As of today is 311.44GB have not reach billing date yet. This is our main house internet. Maxis has a stupid FUP rules which states even its "unlimited" behind theres a catch. Unfortunately unifi air coverage is the worst in Malaysia cant turn to choose them.

I wish can terminate that easily. If my place unifi air has better coverage would have already gone for them. Not to mention cheaper lagi.

Yes, I really don’t like that Maxis stated “unlimited even if you’re not in fibre coverage area” on its webpage.
BTW, have you tried DiGi infinite 150 which gives 1000GB quota?
