As for termination, I asked also. I signed up 2 months back, need pay RM 318 to terminate. The longer u stay on the plan, cheaper termination fee according to CS.

Need more people complain to MCMC but quite doubtful will get any action. I guess one can only hope...

Didnt even bother to call them knowing its gonna be useless. Mine also kena mark as solved: 1020-01-0012817-MXS. Send email to MCMC also  I think hopeless lah. Wonder if can get rebate for terminating early because of bad service  I dont mind giving their modem back.

There was one website which I used between this time which was not throttled however I forgot which one. I think it was downloading DaVinci Resolve from Blackmagic's website. They throttle Speeedtest.net when u use server not owned by Maxis / other Malaysia telco, for example, Global Forway server. Anything else owned by Maxis / other telco, speedtest no cap to show what Maxis is capable off lol . Confirm if Maxis want to do speedtest will ask you to use speedtest.maxis.com.my, which will eventually use Maxis server so no throttle
