There is no stereo speakers in realme 6 pro...

I thought having Dolby atmos is considered so? I may be wrong. But still realme still can afford to include that feature, meanwhile poco..

Haters gonna hate. Must be nice seeing a lot of other people living in an era of "ancient" technology.
The only difference I could find is that, in terms of hardware, redmi k30 pro doesn't support B20 LTE (which isn't supported in Malaysia anyway). I'm guessing rhe liquid cooling thingy is the same but sorry I have no supporting evidence for this.

Dont think 60Hz to 120Hz display refresh rate are technology breakthrough biggrin.gif
I havent own smartphone with over 60Hz display refresh rate yet, so cant be 100% sure, but I think the 'smoothness of user experience' largely affected by OS/software optimization.
When I use OG Pixel XL few years back, I'm amazed at that iOS level smoothness, but when 'upgraded' to newer phone like poco F1 and xiaomi mi9T, that extreme smoothness gone missing. Poco F1 does felt fast but not smooth.

IMO what's require are higher than 60hz, let's say 90Hz. So when framerate dropped ( which happened on games required heavy resources ), it dropped from 90fps to 72fps etc, which still felt smooth.

but isn't it a bit mind boggling that the Poco X2 can do up to 120hz with its lcd panel, where else the OLDE panel on Poco F2 Pro only can do 60hz.

What are they trying to pull here? by right the Poco F2 Pro is suppose to have all the features of PocoX2.

realme 6 pro at 1.4k can even provide stereo speakers and 90hz, i wonder what the heck is Poco doing with this, not even stereo speakers.
*
big brother Xiaomi are watching, so they cant all-in and grab away sales biggrin.gif

IMO poco went too far on F1, giving too much value. It's like iphoneSE2, flagship SOC but mid-range other ( display, camera ).
F2 now up their game on display ( AMOLED ) which contribute to increase on cost also.

I think it's just cost, LCD are easier to get high refresh rate. See laptop with LCD and AMOLED option.
but possibly like other speculated, they cant over-come big brother xiaomi tongue.gif

This phone can't given 90hz screen is to give way to his big brother Mi 10 Pro...  Remember last year how's Redmi K20 Pro slam Mi 9 sales ??

To protect Mi 10 Pro so this phone have to sacrifice the 90hz refresh rate then shut up ur mouth with bigger 4700mAH battery given...

What to do, kuli kuli must sapot big bro and get all the credits 🤣

Software optimisation plays a major role in smoothness. I really hope miui 12 that they are going to release next month get better than all of their predecessors.

No, the Realme 6 Pro has a single-firing speaker with above average loudness, but that's about it.

Exactly, so if the OS/software isn't optimised, the 90hz refresh rates helps provide the "feeling" that everything is silky smooth smile.gif Personally, I don't see it as a deal breaker but some people with super sharp eyesight these days can't than 60hz anymore once they've seen 90hz laugh.gif

Poco F2 Pro...I think I am quite impressed..if the price in Malaysia for base model is rm1899 or less..
1.snapdragon 865
2. 30w fast charge
3. 4700 mah battery
4. Cheapest 5G fon
5. full screen AMOLED display with no notch
6. quad camera with macro lens
7. UFS 3.1 storage
8. Liquid cooling tech with much wider area for heat dissipation
etc etc etc
It will be the "cheapest" flagship ever....i Miss Oneplus One era where I bought the 64gb for less than 1.3k

Hmm saw this reply at FB page...

I think wont become reality, but I would really want a near-stock version.
Something like Asus did last year with Zenphone 6. They went from one of the worst optimized Android manufacturer to smooth and well praised.

PS5 end of the year ma, if no delay.
Why Android tablet ? I think Android and it's app are not suitable ( or optimized ) for tablet.

OnePlus also evolved already, so I guess Poco will start to move in that direction too.

I'd rather get the iPhone SE if that's the case. At that price, Pocophone will have a lot of competition.

All the reviews I've read or seen of the K30 Pro is average at best. A lot will depend on the pricing on whether the F2 Pro will be a good buy or not smile.gif
