But seriously, what's the starting pay now for fresh graduates at Silverlake? Is it still true that they don't give out bonus?

yeah...i oso heard that their company didn't gv u for annual bonus but they will pay you 13month but u work 12month...^^

Nope. No extra money unless sales or management level maybe.

Can only make money from travel allowance and higher increment (hopefully). Increment could range from 300-1000 for beginner level.

Not necessary. Depends how you negotiate using your result. Some fresh graduates i heard could get 2500 or even 2700-2800. I started at 2k and 2150 after probation previously. Charm.

my company also pay us 13months if we work 12months... they label it as 1 month bonus
those who work less, got prorate

They call that as contractual bonus and that 13th month bonus is quite a norm in private company.

Silverlake is very good in not retaining old legs but the hire new experienced ppl (but not knowing Slake system) with higher pay than old legs.

13th month bonus is a normal thing, but not every company has it...
