yeah...i oso heard that their company didn't gv u for annual bonus but they will pay you 13month but u work 12month...^^

Nope. No extra money unless sales or management level maybe.
Can only make money from travel allowance and higher increment (hopefully). Increment could range from 300-1000 for beginner level.
