Flexible or not it depends on ur commitment to finish the work. Balance it and it will be fine.

Btw, business line ppl are not much in slake. There shud be around 1 BA per 30 programmers.

oic...if from internship wan to change to permanent staff means that after finish internship in silverlake need to apply again or internal recruitment???

For internal application, it depends whether ur boss like u anot. If u wanted to switch to other teams, I think you need to re-apply.

from what i see, alot of people will jump ship. but somehow, alot will come back..
so can say its good in many ways. but they dont know how to reward the staffs with money.,...

silverlake is growing from what i can see. they hire so many people...

Its actually for Silverlaker's from Malaysia being stationed in Singapore to get working permit and taxasion for permanent allocation instead of claiming travel pre-diem when traveling overseas. Whether to be stationed there or not is based on the team. Its normally for maintenance and support team.
