im not silverlake staff, but i have 2 friends work there..
so, sorry if the info is not exactly right..

after 2 years, their got roughly rm2.7k..
but i think the money was not the main issue..
u can gain so much knowledge and skills there..
the OS is not using windows..
i dont know what the name of OS..
it's like a UNIX..there's no interface (GUI)..
because it is banking system, so u can imagine a lot of coding tongue.gif

the main office at Damansara..and i think their working in site based..like my friends, one was attached at KWSP and another one stay at the office since there is no project that need his group to work at the site..

they have a close tie up with OCBC group, most of them worked in singapore. the company paying for the rental, heard it's a nice condo unit. and company will pay for your flight ticket every 2 weeks or so for flying back to KL. pay wise, acceptable if you work here. and guess what, they pay RM even you work in oversea, that's very pathetic...

Silverlake deals mainly with bank projects. Gives you lots of exposure to all the banking processes and transactions, so in the future you can go to the banking industry with quite a lot of relevant experience.
