I thought about applying a programmer position in SL Singapore..
Do they take fresh grad??

Im not sure about the employment in Sl singapore. If they have open positions u may apply and try. Normally is the ppl from malaysia who transferred to SG if they need man power.

Yes, they have projects but unless the project is in SG, there is no reason for them to take project whereby the Malaysian team is the core, had more experience and skills due to the seniors available. Ppl posted to SG normally need to work independently and solely depends on oneself to improve.

they have problem..

Yea. If ur on a project site, its mainly like dat. If u lucky, u get a good senior Some senior arent good enough to teach dats y they can only throw u into the sea. Some cant take extra responsibilities.

sometimes it is really hard for newbies even though they studied the program already...
They need seniors who have experience to guide them so that the can learn faster than swimming

well tiger, loan team is very tough as there are alot of work to be done in short time, so just try ur best.
