Exactly, i guess its a good choice given the future development which is Pavillion Bukit Jalil and KL Wellness City with a hospital. This is the 2 things that the area need to boost its value.

Even when we went yesterday to purchase the loan reject units, there is queue before the opening!
*
i thought the loan reject units are being reallocated accordingly based on the waitlist from the ballot? why queue?

Anyone got Legasi 3 unit here? Would be great if all the Legasi 1, 2,3 to share same guard house to share cost to make it cheaper and have a grand arch entrance!

Both the development KL Wellness City and Pavillion BJ is definitely a good thing for Legasi. Nonetheless, along the road of Jalan Impian Indah, there are three other high rise projects (Residensi Bintang, Government staff apartment and Residensi Bukit Jalil) either on-going or completed. Easily 5k units. Wouldn't that be too dense for the particular area? Good thing is that Legasi 3 is located on a more elevated land compared to the road in Jalan Impian Indah.

Yeap, i'm keen for some good grand entrances also. It's money wellspent for owners satisfaction and to impress potential buyers. Might be hard to get it done during 1st year tho because flippers will try to keep their costs down.

Also, i think we need 2. Or else, either legasi 1 or 4 owners of those units near the end need to drive quite far every time. I can imagine they not gonna be very satisfied passing through many residential bumps otw in and out.

It's a valid point that those high rises will contribute to congestion. We don't share that exact road tho. And there are alternative roads exiting from there. No doubt the road in front of SIRIM gonna be quite packed during rush hour la.

You also got to ask the alternative. What other freehold new launch around 1 mil 20 - 30 minutes (offpeak) drive from midvalley, bangsar and klcc is there?

Of course if you got rm100 - 200k at hand to splurge, can go ahead with subsale la. That's a different story.

Actually the other way round, Legasi is either same level as Jalan Impian Indah or lower (Legasi 3 has some areas that are lower). Legasi 4 will be even lower than the main road

Indeed we need 2 grand arch! That will live up the entire Legasi area.
Its a nice stretch of nice houses that we are in between both the luxurious Semi D which is Qaseh and Anggun.

As for the congestion, i think this area has many exits and link to highways which is still okay compared to old areas like Cheras or Kepong

if do 2 entrance, the cost will be doubled. unless close one entrance at night to lower the number of security guards needed.

2 entrance might as well legasi 1 + 2 and legasi 3 + 4, separately.

Because the number of houses is lesser in legasi 3+4 vs legasi 1+2 hence i guess that could be the reason.

Legasi1+2 with one entrance will be more cost effective then.

I quite like legasi 1 layout. If I remember correct, their stairs not covered like legasi 2. And their master bedroom walkin wardrobe is deeper.

They got no storeroom below the stairs though.

Unfortunately i oni found out about legasi after my fren bought legasi 1. Legasi 2 still good la. 😆

Btw I don't think can sell before VP leh. Unless it's some private arrangement la.
