Exactly, i guess its a good choice given the future development which is Pavillion Bukit Jalil and KL Wellness City with a hospital. This is the 2 things that the area need to boost its value.

Its Qaseh 3. It could be around 1.1 mil at that time.  Corner asking 2 mil which i think too much. 

After Legasi all siap,  dont think the price for Qaseh 3 still can stand as the owner wishes as people nowadays opt for newer property with better township planning.

Ya Legasi 4 surely even lower than Jalan. If you drive by recently already can see... Their advantage is bigger intermediate land and buildup size la.

Pretty sure if legasi 3 allowed queueing, it wld have been 5 days or longer. Chance to buy landed freehold getting less so only normal that ppl put in more effort.

That's true. But like lumdra, their friends and siblings might genuinely want to buy also e.g all stay in same taman. Almost impossible for developer to know during the ballot phase. I do understand yr frustration tho.

If L4 doesn't work out for u, there's a new launch nearby called 118 residences, 2storey link also. Leasehold tho. Can check it out if thats not an issue for u.

Btw, they said will launch legasi 4 this August. To me, L4 better than L3 , as the piece of land is bigger , some unit may be more further away from Jalan Impian Indah, unit nearer to inner road of BK 8 should be fine.

The layout is out already (those who still have the ballot link can see the proposed layout there)
It will be two rows where the back road facing the Jalan Impian Indah is like L3, straight row behind the road.
While the front row will bend along the road in front with empty land between both rows.

i guess the cheapest unit for all Legasi phases is less than 1mil after discount but L4 will not be the case..
If 1.2mil launch price, also good for all legasi buyers as the price appreciate organically.

I have a question, from the way L3 road is being constructed.. i think it will share entrance with L1 L2 with L3. Is that right?

There is no road to connect to L4 presumably..
