I bought a unit in legasi 2.
Based on the drawings, its 13ft for lower ground and 11ft for upper ground. Thats what i understood
*
you saw the architect drawing? 13ft is good...

dont they need to mention the height of the unit in the drawing in the snp?

Yes- i happened to know someone who tender for a project in legasi 2 in regards to pest control. I saw the architect drawing indicating the height.
13 feet is indeed very good to make it look spacious and very cooling as hot air rise!

Are you one of the owner for legasi 2?
*
that means 13ft is not verified. i passed by the site a couple of days ago, from afar, it seem the structure is taller than usual. mayb i see wrong also.

ya, we probably met during the queue and unit selection.

Interesting! I doubt there should be changes surprises to that as its a finalized drawing in fact.
Anyways, there is a Legasi 2 owners Whatsapp group, are you in there already?
*
i expected to be 11ft. 13th is a bonus. but so high, the aircon need to put at normal height and will looks like hanging? perhaps if it good to do the ceilling type.

not in the whatsap group thou.

if do 2 entrance, the cost will be doubled. unless close one entrance at night to lower the number of security guards needed.

2 entrance might as well legasi 1 + 2 and legasi 3 + 4, separately.

Indeed we need 2 grand arch! That will live up the entire Legasi area.
Its a nice stretch of nice houses that we are in between both the luxurious Semi D which is Qaseh and Anggun.

As for the congestion, i think this area has many exits and link to highways which is still okay compared to old areas like Cheras or Kepong
*
you cant get jiulai or kaptong ppl to appreciate puchong. and puchong ppl wont like there also....lol

Because the number of houses is lesser in legasi 3+4 vs legasi 1+2 hence i guess that could be the reason.
*
Legasi1+2 with one entrance will be more cost effective then.

yeah! i believe combined bring greater good to all especially sometimes people may confuse between the entrance for legasi.
Also my brother and wife sister also staying in legasi 3 while im at legasi 2 which will makes it easier!
*
if combine 1 to 4 with single entrance, then it is much more cost effective. because total is around 250 units actually very little. 4 guards cost up to 10k? then if only 50-60% of unit paying.....at says rm80 per month......ngam ngam only......

if do 2 entrances, more guards needed.......

call me selfish. if do 2 entrance, i rather combine legasi 1 and 2 with one entrance entrance for 150 units....

Went to the site and actually all Legasi houses are very tall and high, looking majestic. Its 32 feet for 2 storey while i went to Puchong lagenda and compare, theirs is 39 feet for 3 storey!
*
Bro, care to share how you measure them? 2 storey and 3 storey with only 7 feet difference really something. just divide equally........13ft vs 16ft per floor.

I definitely prefer entire legasi to have shared entrance! Imagine there's visitor and they entered wrong legasi as they will think its the same entirely.
Also, Its nicer to have the Arch saying Legasi, rather Legasi 1&2, then another Legasi 3&4

If 50-60% of people paying only i rather they dont stay here, owning above 1mil property but want to live on others charity? I despise people like this!
*
50-60% quite standard especially when there are many unoccupied units. Despicable or not, that is fact. Really have to expect the worst. Every legasi will have guard house built by developer. if you combine, some of the entrance will need to be blocked. i dont think you can just demolish those unwanted guard house and built a grander one with arch unless all owners chip in and also need to get mpsj approval.

Legasi from what explained was total 32 feet ;
13feet ground floor to ceiling
19 feet is the height of upper floor till roof (only at the family area) while the room is only up to 10 feet (as above have water tank)

Hope that didnt confuse you bro
*
thanks for explaining, i am wondering how do you know 39ft for legenda. is it written somewhere or someone measure it. for legasi2, you said before that someone saw the drawing, perhaps you get the figure from there.
