Yes, I was Turbo Upgraded in 2018 from 30 Mbps to 300 Mbps at no extra cost.

if i recall correctly, most are paying rm189... maybe 1/2 of the users.

1/4 paying rm129-179, and other 1/4 paying rm199-329.

so, u see... there is no standard... unifi is an animal, it will eat n spit anything it can get.

imagine the shit if TNB or syabas bills like that.

and u wonder why no consumer assoc, NGO or menteli ever comment on that... for the last decade.

It's a long road to getting 800Mbps at a certain price. A different decision anywhere along the way would affect the price.

Mine is something like this starting in 2017.
Advance30(179) --> Advance50 (179) --> Pro100 (189) --> Pro100 (159) --> Turbo800 (159)

Why i dont remember that Pro100 got change to RM159 ah..
In my memory,RM189 changed to RM159 when the 800mbps plan changed.

Turbo Upgrade path is like this.

30 Mbps --> 300 Mbps

50 Mbps --> 500 Mbps

100 Mbps --> 800 Mbps

Xiaomi Mi Box can install apps unifi tv apps? I would like to get the unifi plus box but the spec kinda meh to me.

Pro100 was the RM10 upgrade that came with Ultimate pack. After the upgrade I was paying RM189 with Ultimate and Ruby packs. Then just before my Turbo upgrade TM suddenly removed the Ruby pack, that's how it became RM159.

I got my Turbo quite late in Dec 2018. My Ruby pack removed in Oct 2018. Maybe you got your Turbo earlier?

i think no, u can't but there may be some resourceful people who will crack some apk to use on yr mibox.
ya, the new black box specs is quite poor but it is meant for unifi, not doing all kinds of exotic apps!

your experience is not std, it was up to the guy handling it.
i previously had ultimate and something else too.
when they remove that something else, there was no reduction in my price of rm179.
and i m sure that happened to many others, incl one of my frens.
unifi gets away with all kinds of "funny" changes.
that's becos we sign/agree with "anything"!

Mine one didn't cancel also automatic change to RM159 when turbo.

That means you still have Ultimate and Ruby?

Any way to revert back to the previous 800mb Turbo price package?
