You can't pick and choose what comes with the package. It is what it is. Free only to landed lines. If you call those 1800 or mobile lines got charges.

Its for old users. That time 100Mbps(RM249 or something per month) was the most expensive package. They upgraded to 800Mbps. And so on..

Takkan la now they gonna do upgrade for new users. Say you pick 100Mbps RM129 per month. But upgrade your package to 800Mbps but pay RM129..

Anyone getting packet loss lately?

Same. Sometimes the packet loss is insane. Especially with Fortnite Asia server. Fine if I connect to EU or OCE, expected high ping but no packet loss whatsoever.

Year 2018, my package 50Mbps RM149 + RM30 (HyppTV).
Then upgrade turbo Plan 500Mbps
