It is the same amount as before YEP 2019.

I have this since forever. I am quite sure the contract period is already over.

The RM60 charged for the Ultimate Pack is more than my 300 Mbps High Speed Internet. sad.gif

I started with Unifi 5 Mbps. Upgraded to 10 Mbps. Then 30 Mbps. Then Turbo to 300 Mbps.

There could be a fee increase along the way, but I can't remember when. smile.gif

Yes, I was Turbo Upgraded in 2018 from 30 Mbps to 300 Mbps at no extra cost. smile.gif

I was going to try to unsubscribe my Ultimate Pack when I saw your posting.

I also think they will not allow it.

So I will do the same as what you did (downgrade Ultimate to Ruby Plus) and see how it pans out. smile.gif
