QUOTE(soonwai @ Dec 18 2019, 01:06 PM) My HG850 BTU's PSU died in early 2017. At the end of 2017, I reported it not working and TM replaced it FOC with a HG8240H and took back the HG850. Wow! Untung loh... Then a week later, as part of my RYE RM10 upgrade, they replaced the one week old HG8240H with another. And they didn't take back first HG8240H back so now I have 2 BTUs. |

QUOTE(ycs @ Dec 23 2019, 05:28 PM) Mine has remained as Ultimate Pack since many years ago.I wonder what it is, because I don't watch HyppTV. Compulsory paying for nothing. This post has been edited by raynman: Dec 23 2019, 07:31 PM Attached image(s) |

QUOTE(soonwai @ Jan 20 2020, 05:01 PM) My Dec bill seems to be OK. Jan bill dunno yet. My internet's increase from RM329 to RM349 first came to light in the Nov bill. No complains here since I've no plans on terminating. My Jan 2020 bill seems to be correct. No change in the High Speed Internet charge of RM49 for Turbo 300 Mbps.It is the same amount as before YEP 2019. This post has been edited by raynman: Jan 20 2020, 09:24 PM |

QUOTE(MGM @ Jan 21 2020, 05:15 AM) Can provide the link to this FAQ? Here is the link to the FAQ.I think by taking up YEP2019, our contract is extended, so probably can't make changes. https://www.tm.com.my/tv/assets/docs/FAQ%20...acks%202018.pdf You are probably right. |

QUOTE(CrimsonKing @ Jan 23 2020, 05:37 PM) I just called 100 to request for a DOWNGRADE of Unifi TV Ultimate Pack (RM60) to Ruby Plus Pack (RM30). Saving RM30 per month as I do not use Unifi TV at all. I know they will not allow me to unsubscribe the Ultimate Pack. Surprisingly they said OK, can downgrade. However, they will charge a one-time fee of RM10 for the downgrade and it will appear in my next month's bill. And my Unifi Tv contract will be renewed for another 12 months. All in all, it is a good deal as I will save RM360 per year. I was going to try to unsubscribe my Ultimate Pack when I saw your posting. I also think they will not allow it. So I will do the same as what you did (downgrade Ultimate to Ruby Plus) and see how it pans out. |
