LOUSY! no wonder they dun wanna tell da plot at all..... of coz lar.. who wanna watch anyway if not bcoz of curiosity....
at a lot of absurd things like:
1) Beth was stab terribly on her chest... all the fren can pull of her from da thing... And she can  survived da whole night, running quite far without even bleeding

2) Hud was not running at all when he was under da monster... instead he film da monster.. somemore after he died, da fren drag him without being harm by da monster...

3) Usually under catastrophic, a police wont let a civillian wander around da town, but tiz police let him go...

Da bad things bout tiz movie ARE!!!!!
1) no story describing bout da beginning of monster
2) NO AFTERMATH!!!!! (a.k.a no ending)
3) poor graphic, better learn from korean movie d-wars!!
4) stupid running ere n there wit camera, at least increase da quality and stability
5) no songs.... please dun say OST of tiz movie will be released
6) try to make a romantic movie, but is not romantic at all

1) And why can't they pull her? The recordings weren't constantly on,so I'm sure they had time to tend to her etc.And when ur life is at stake,u run despite whatever bleeding ur facing.

2nd part
1) Coz...it was a video recording? I mean,they obviously don't know where on earth this lil monster poped out from,how would u want them to explain?

2) There was an ending,they all died

3) What was wrong with the graphics? o_O It's from the viewpoint of a handheld cam,you want them to polish everything up?

4) Try not even running but walking with a handheld cam,and show me some stable shots.

when its ending,audience like WTF(including me).wasted my rm11 and 1  hour 15 min time

Seems like the ending should have been the tape later being ejected out from a player. On the coffee table, you see a newspaper with a cover up story as headlines. Then the tape is labeled Cloverfield. Then placed into a brown box with number and taken away to be filed away at the same place where all top secret X-files stuff go.

And...buh bye whole movie is actually a recording. Srsly,that's the whole point they left it there.You're supposed to walk out of the cinema feeling like,well,like you just watched a recording of some horrific invasion thingie. How hard is it really to grasp that concept.And what the heck is everyone' fascination with a so called "proper" ending.

Agreed! totally agree with your views, not everything has to end proper.. by finishing it like that opens up so much more possibilities and theories

Like I said, the average joe is probably used to the usual run-off-the-mill Hollywood style flick to even notice if something new and fresh is showing in front of them.

Don't get me wrong, the movie aint perfect, but I facepalm'd at some of the comments I've read here from people who whined about the movie without understanding what story it's trying to say.
