you are trying to withdraw forex into a different country account - likely USD to MY or SG bank

when handling some forex (particularly USD) banks will have a correspondent US bank to fill up. ask your bank.


note these transfers will have fees

If TransferWise usd you can forget about it. They won't accept.

Try converting to ibkr euros and transferring to TW euro. USD is a very sensitive currency.

can you explain exactly what you did?

if you choose bank wire, how did you fill out the next page etc etc.

if bank wire doesn't work, what about the option for connecting to your bank acc?

how much did you deposit into the account? i 've transferred SGD1000 then realized the minimum is USD1000. So i topped up the difference to become USD1000 on the same day. But it seems like they dont check it that way.
i think that's the reason why the account is still pending approval.

reply i got from TSG:
"The minimum deposit to get started is 1.000 USD.

You funded 1.000 SGD, what is not enough. That’s why you didn’t receive your credentials yet."

Probably you should reply TGS what should you do next.

I transferred about 1k USD from POSB. Received the approval yesterday, 20th June. Give it a little more time I guess?

now can fund IBKR with SGD directly using Transferwise?

Should be possible with the account number length restriction lifted. Wait for frozendreamsky to confirm this.
