Urgent. Anyone here knows whether CIMB SG allows to TT USD to MYR CIMB MY? Or they only allow SGD to MYR?

Just to share my experience.

I submit my application to IB on Monday and got the approval on Friday.

I use both Transferwise and instarem to transfer HKD direct to IB, transfer wise slightly more expensive by few RM but reached IB account faster by hours. both transfer executed in the afternoon and reached IB next day evening.

2. Option - $0.75/trade
3. share - $1 per share

Margin
1. E-Micro DJI - US$ 2,600 ( which is very high)
2. Option - 100% equivalent to your position
3. share - about 3X the position

Anyone tried funding IBKR in SGD using BigPay before? Their exchange rates are quite competitive and sometimes come very close to instarem. What I also like is that you can top up with credit card.

There's a chance it may not work, you may still try it out for the benefit of everyone with a small amount

For BigPay my name is not visible in the inward transfer. Another thing is that in BigPay there's no place to include transfer remarks to enter IBKR account number/name.

Yes they did, for receiving incoming telegraphic transfer! I wrote on the first post already.... the fee is about USD$25.

In Krv23490 case, it's a local bank transfer.

There is another broker , Tiger securities, also using IB.

I withdrew EUR from IBKR to TW Borderless acc (EUR).

Because my currency was in EUR and I wasn't bringing money back to M'sia.
IBKR (EUR) >>> TW (EUR)

You can of course choose SGD as a transit to bring your money back.
IBKR (EUR) >>> TW (SGD) >>> Malaysian bank (MYR)

Anyway, the whole point was to check if TW can be a transit or a storage for our money from IBKR and it works! 

For the TSG Global, the min commisen is $1.5.
On top of that, we also need to pay for exchange fee as show below?

Do I transfer directly from CIMB Sg to IB OR do I use Instarem?
Also For 'sending institution part' on IB , what should I put?
