Night time drive is a breeze there, quiet. Walking home from LRT at night might be scary a bit. Photo 1: Legendary flooding underpass Photo 2: Cars parking at both side of the road in front PPR and LRT Muhibbah.

Unless, they have poor maintenance. The car parking issue unsolved, you see junction to aorola place and Lai Meng School. even worse.

decided not to go with this project. too many uncertainty. nearby surrounding is really killing. especially when you cant see any potential to develop better around that area.
