Good... One of my favourite developer... Can start stocking units at bkt jalil...

Malton, MRCB, WCT, Berjaya, SP Setia, now is Sunway....

Wnere is Eco world?

wont be big impact...since Sunway is not master planer in Bkt Jalil... just a pocket development... buy if you feel the price is right and you like the project...

6 biji within Bkt Jalil area... yup ...just give me average 7% ROI.... the highest is 12% (Jalil Damai rclxms.gif )... the lowest is 4.8% (The Park Sky bangwall.gif) ... low rental yield compared my portfolios at Subang Jaya, Cheras, Damansara, KL... doh.gif

no need shift la... one of my company cari makan located here.... senang collect rental... im not greedy... somemore... not depend on these rentals for living... just as my financial portfolios to leverage and hook other places like DPC, Sepang (factories)... bankers willing give loans to me (big sui yu for them) .... cos so so only records for rentals (rental yiels as low as 7% nia) and capital appreciations (30% average nia)...

As usual... Plain design by Sunway... Look similar with their sunway velocity 2 project becos same architect firm... Copy and paste...
Anyway if the price around 700psf or slightly below 700psf...then will be receiving good respond... Else... Tropika and upcoming Exsim project behind Link 1 still better rthan this

the high psf is due to inflation not solely developer wanna make high profits....

the new development within urban area wont be cheap now day...even at location like bangi, sepang, semenyih,..... the price also getting higher and higher this day...

may consider subsales like Z residence, Casa Green, Kiara 1 or 2 etc...which much cheaper (5xx psf)... near 50% cheaper...location wise also better
