I think the vibration wont effect it much. More risky is the magnetic interference subs give out which means that you cant put it near HDD, PC or TV. If you look at other HT sifu's pics, they dun really put vibration absorbers for their PS3.

those vibration absorber i mean is not those expensive and special made one, i prefer DIY

Be careful on one thing though, most of the vibration absorber are good heat absorber as well, make sure your PS3 can take it

no lar, if i want to put i will put at the 4 "leg" of the PS3 there, been thinking to use those that stick under the "leg" of the chair there to reduce sound when pulling the chair.

guys...if i'm going for a 2.1 speakers...which 2.1 speaker is good for gaming music and movies???

for these 2 2.1 speakers...izzit the best out of 2.1 speakers out there such as edifier or sonicgear or klipsch??

from the sentence. i can say only Klipsch GMX, MX5021 and Z2300 are suitable.
i personally recommend the Klipsch GMX. excellent price-to-performance ratio.

How much is your budget anyway ?

budget is around 500 - 700...

i wan to ask u guys sumting, is sound card dat important??? if i got a good speaker, but i dun have soundcard, will it bottleneck??

But, buy the speaker first then only consider sound card if your budget is very limited, 1 thing at a time

S530D no doubt.. Z2300 sub is just too boomy for music.. Plus the highs kinda suck..

Sound card makes a world of difference.. Simple logic la.. u take high end graphics card and low end graphics card and compare.. See got difference onot.. But some ppl ears are just tone deaf..

I think inside the driver is positioned differently so might cause the woofer to be unstable resulting in lousy bass..

guys, can u guys list out few models which a good speakers??

for example for logitech is z5500 and z2300...

then altec lansing is mx5021 and many more...
