fastest and easiest. save your time from walking toward TM Point.

but make sure do some lame report via Unifi Live Chat first. they sure tell you cannot this, cannot that.

So did you try to ask again about 3 months bill since Sept ? 3 months = RM57 or 60 including tax.Should be rebate , how is your latest bill ? got change to rm69 ?

I will go tmpoint and show someone able to get rm69 without upgrade after report to mcmc.But I don't know whether they will the rebate back.My bill will come next week.

Did you report about the rebate , RM57 is still our $ which being promise by them.It looks like they didn't even reduce the price at all.See those all the reply mention didn't get price cut.

I tried last year , some even said ,if terminate they will come a lot of excuse like add on and etc , next month bill will charge double , installing fee.Worst case said need to wait for months to get apply.

I didn't even have UnifiTV still they do not allow price reduce and even force me to apply unifiTV.Last resort , i think really need to complain to mcmc.

Normally , how do you write on your mcmc ? complain email letter and etc title ? formal ?
I walk in but never make report with Unifi Live chat.Did you open a report number on live chat ?

My latest bill from 4 November 2019 not yet reflect the latest RM69 price yet. So I have to wait 4 December 2019 tp find out more. Because the report I made was last week ago after u tagged me here.

As for the name scheme, I have no idea, as I never bother the name as long the bill I paying is same as what their CEO/Annoucement promised. So shall wait next month, is a wait game, so please stay calm.

I pretty sure during the phone conversation, the TM PIC called me didn't mention of any price refund for the 3 month I have overpaid, I will make another complain again for sure next month.

If you have time, you can go TM Point, otherwise I suggest do everything via online by report at Live Chat / MCMC.

Actually, BS je, if got port, just force them upgrade it since is no contract. If they refuse, again MCMC it.
SNR and Attenuation is all qualify, why can't? Like you say, if disconnect a lot then baru reduce it, they just being lazy don't want to do so many paperwork aka report for customer.

No need formal, just write like normal people. As usual what you see I wrote here, mixed some bahasa and english also can. You treat MCMC like a middleman, ask MCMC to demand "insert your demand here" from TM company to do something for you.

Here is how I wrote in TLDR style, you do it as your own way also can.

What are you waiting for?

1. Make report via Unifi Live Chat, get the report reference number.
2. Make another report via MCMC, demand TM for price reduction and refund since Sept 2019.

I received SMS TM offer Lite 8Mbps @ RM69. demand goes to a url and applying for it. It's offer and NOT a free upgrade to 8Mbps. i wonder how TM managed to load balancing the bandwidth while too many on 8Mbps when 10Mbps top speed around 4Mbps only in my area. kidding me

Grateful to get rm69 for 8mbps. Now got Unifi offer rm89 for 30mbps, rm99 for 50mbps., Rm129 100mbos
Last time paid rm149 for 8mbps.

Last month, I went to TM Point Damansara Uptown asked if my hometown's unifi lite able to upgrade from 4mbps to 8mbps. Cause my neighbour (just beside me) using 8mbps package. TM staff said need to send technician to check everything first in my area then only know whether can upgrade to max speed, and it will upgrade at the end of the year if qualified. So in what way i can request or know the results rather than just wait? Else need to complain again on first business day in 2020, tiring with TM.

From my experience with any tm point, it's hard to say, i need to enlighten them twice or triple times so the request can be faster update. And lastly, double check with 100 hotline to make more serious manner. Make sure said, please call you for any new updates regarding that problem. That the best solution.

This Telekom Malaysia really need to get fk by customer gaogao. I made a complain last month why my price doesnt revert back to RM69/mth.

End up, it was the package issues, I force them to cancel the package UnifiTV from account via complain to SKMM(aka MCMC)

Great. it was a success! Now new bill this month show me RM300 UnifiTV Penalty fee. Dam. gonna go complain again.
