I just received a message from TM AFTER I received notification from MCMC about my complaint. Reporting to MCMC seemed to have worked!

It has been more than 15 days, and talking to TM people is the most frustrating thing ever! Went to counter also their attitude like tak apa

Want to thank you for advising on MCMC if not I think maybe wait 6 months of frustration also no news. More people should know they can report to MCMC

I still paying RM105 per month since sept'19 because of the tv stuff. IDK it can be terminated because last time (before the price adjustment) I go ask Tm point CS, they said is bundle so cant be terminated until yesterday I only know can be terminated.

Anything I can do with this situation? I probably paid like RM1k+ for this tv in 3 years time without using it.

You can force them remove the Unifi TV bundle by reporting MCMC if you are no longer bound to their contract, try filter my msg or scroll this 5-6 pages to read what I did.

I doubt anything earlier Sept 2019 that u can do about, but try it out. See what is the outcome. As you know TM are shady AF, and they will act ntg happen if you don't report them, they still gonna tell you can't remove the package, and charge u full price every month despite their official notice from their company/CEO claim all streamyx(or unifi lite) will be downgrade to the lowest cheapest RM69 plan if Unifi (fibre) is not available at your area.

double check with you guys here, about that so-called RM69 8Mbps Streamxy, It's Unifi TV bundled with it? any installation and setup fee for existing user? how about the landline monthly fee too?

No and no. Landline monthly IDK. never pay a single sen since few years ago.

still odd. now i on so-called free upgrades from streamyx combo RM60 to 1Mbps following by to 2Mbps but just 1.3Mbps downloading speed, if i demands a 2Mbps speed , it just trolling like hell drops all the way below 384kbps. because the T&C never mentioned anything about anything about billings, just a standard T&C for that RM69 for 8Mbps promotion.
