Got attach any billing PDF file as reference?

iinm, TM are given 48-72hrs responding to complainer. if my memory serve me correct for the timing. usually less than 48hours responding to me.

Got call this morning , they say will remove unifi tv and change to RM 69 for next bill.
But check unifi online still have unifi tv and bill still the same.
If tomorrow still no changes, will make report again.

Nice. Thats why must give them (Telekom) more work load or paperwork by complaining to MCMC. Otherwise, TM diam diam act nothing happen. Look at them charge me same price since Sept 2019 until Nov 2019 (3 months!!) already know their pattern.

Looks like the rebate back all the previous overcharge.?

Not so soon yet. I'm still waiting my next will be coming out 4th January 2020. See if they rebate/reverse all those overcharge since Sept 2019.

i had reported to mcmc as well, and this is what tm reply. maybe another 3 months doh.gif

screw them. demand to be reflect on next bill. and it should be RM69/mth starting from Sept 2019. Why should pay more for TM system mistake? If the system doesn't auto enroll/downgrade/rebate our current package, that is not customer fault. Throw the ball back to TM, told them it was their CEO own mouth/statement/announcement telling to the public (make sure quote them back).

Now they bill me RM69 from 4 Jan 2020 to 3 Jan 2020.
I haven't calculate did I overpaid a lot of the past 4 months since Sept 2019.

Funny that, my package in my bill shown "Streamyx Home 8.0M RM160" RM160-RM91=RM69

As long as it's the price of RM69 , i think it's fine.Mine still the same price and package , need to wait for next bill.From sept would be around over paid rm20.14×4 = 80.56 including sst.

Hi, I made a complaint to MCMC regarding TM yesterday. Today I tried to do "semak aduan" but click already no response.

Guys, usually need how long before I hear from MCMC ya?
