NightFelix, what are you going to do re: the bill? mine still says rm88+gst too. talked to TM through both livechat and 100, they said cannot remove the UnifiTV. went to TMPoint twice and they asked me to wait for the SMS on package migration, only then the bill will be reduced. i'm tired already and thinking of going to MCMC straight..

Gonna straight MCMC, there is no such things as cannot remove UnifiTV.

Hello, can anyone tell me if this bill of mine (Sep'19) consider normal?
Do I have to wait until Oct'19 bill to check if it's changing to Unifi Lite?

Already 1 week, I asking tmnet about that amount is rebate or final amount, still no answer.
19 Oct is payment due date so now I should pay the old wrong amount which is RM68.30 or the one which I login unifi website at the right bottom which show the amount of RM0.57.

Because even u receive sms informing you that your plan is now officially RM69, the monthly bill reminder you received might show other wise.
I received sms telling me my package still RM133.69 despite it tell me it is RM69 since last month.
I called TMnut after receiving the shocking bill amount and they tell me because an ultimate dumbtv plan was strapped to my account causing the bill to remain RM133.69 lol..
I also tried to apply for a second RM69 screamyx plan. Apparently the plan was removed in less than 2 months after they advertised the transition of screamyx to unifi rm69 package.
Bunch of scammers. Our malaysia "international quality" ISP my foot.

Yes you can. Streamyx (now unifi lite migration ) are one of the TM product as well.

When I tried to pay via the app, it just reflects -1.88. so I believe that should be the updated amount.

But didn't they say, new application will be RM89?

Eat us so many year with high price, now reduce to more acceptable price, they still want to eat ppl with 1 month.
I see some of you kena those stupid TV package. For me, they tell me my bill start from 28 Sep so migration also count on that date and don't want to give me RM69 rate for Sep 1 to 27.
After complain to MCMC, suddenly they accept that my rate from 1 Sep to 27 Sep should follow rate RM69.
Rebate back nearly RM70+-. If not go to mcmc, they gonna eat up this RM70 already.

As we can see, if they eat everyone about RM30-RM70 for September month, the final amount is quite large.

Well ..RM69 promotional price ran for like a mth or 2. Can't remember.. But i believe it was very short time frame. They pull off the price and slap it back with RM89. And dumbest thing is that they allow unifi fibre subscribers to pay nothing until Jan 1 2020. While Screamyx subscribers do not get that freebie. If u checked that streamyx users have the longest track record of paying to TMnut scam packages longer than unifi fibre. Simply because streamyx users do not get the option to switch to unifi fibre. At this time, i really wish we can setup a strong protest group against TM unfair marketing gimmick practices. Send them a very strong message that they're running a kampung quality business that none of this world have.

Ya.. TM has been very dodgy over how they promotes and deal with promotional package prices.
Still they don't feel sorry for how they run such a rubbish services to malaysians for a past decade.
And they believe that giving screamyx users rm69 is out of pity and screamyx users do not deserve it.
Mind you, TM is very elusive and terrible when handling customer's queries and disputes. Every time u lodge mcmc complaints against them, they're able to fend off the complaint mysteriously.
We really need a very strong protest against them. Like how bersih was done. Make these monkeys feel terribly sorry how incompetent they're for running a monopoly services that they fail to deliver.

Ya lah! TM really is scammer and I agree! Today they send me OCT bill and I need to pay RM99+6% SST!
I live chat with them on the last month about my SEPT bill should be RM69 and they told me system failure. They will refund me on the next month bill which is this month. Then how come this month also is RM99? WTF TM.

Live chat with them this afternoon and you know what they said? SYSTEM FAILURE again! what the hexx same excuse again. I cant tahan them and make complaint to MCMC just now.

After you complaint to MCMC, how many working days later they take action?

If system failure, it should fail to generate bill or the amount become RM0.00 because fail to calculate out.
System failure still can generate out RM99+6%. Then other company at here should follow this trend. How about bank also system failure then suddenly your fix deposit become RM2.6b. If that can happen, then I believe system failure can generate RM99+6% SST.

seen all streamyx user face this problem.
me and my friend try change modem also same problem, so should be TM problem loh.
maybe they want us no more use, RM69 they earn $$ no more.
