The latest bill should minus the last bill that I over pay which is 148.40-82.68=RM65.72
so it should be RM73.14-65.72=7.42
right?

I have the same issue, was charged RM140 from 28/8 - 27/9. When approached cs at TM point early sept, he said will be prorated in Sept bill, but it was only pro-rated for 26/9 - 27/9. Live chat said it follows our billing date, and since mine is on 28th of the month, the new charges will only take effect from 28th Sept, and no answer when I asked why prorated fro 26/9-27/9.
Just filed a complain to mcmc

I do calculation for them, show that 27 Aug to 31 Aug is RM140 rate
Then 1 Sep to 27 Sep should be RM69 rate.
See how they reply.
If cannot work, then I will ask you to tell me how to report to MCMC.
Gov say start from 1 Sep. TM still want to eat that month.
Eat so many year already with high fee low speed service, now 1 month still want to eat.

TM and mcmc have replied me. They have reinstate the price to 63.90 for the period of 1st sept to 25th sept. It’s faster to report to mcmc rather than talking to tm agents. Just state your case, write the dates that was billed wrongly and attach sept and oct bills, showing there were no adjustments.

4 years ago, the IPv6 is working and assigned to Streamyx users, until like 1 and a half year, then it changed to providing private IP range to Streamyx user, unsure it is intended or buggy router, as the Prefix Info is correct, but the IPv6 Address/Prefix Len is in Private IPv6 address. :sweat:

As I don't saw any IPv6 indicator on any post in this thread, so I guess no one can get their IPv6 works for Streamyx, except you. :P

PS: Fun part, the PPPoE server or the connection in between just blew up like 2 and half hours in midnight today, first time the ADSL is stable but no internet access, and also watching them having a port reset trying to fix the issues. :lol:

Not too sure what you mean by ipv6 of mine, you mean you can see my IP from the post here on LYN? I usually turn off of IPV6.

May I know how to report to MCMC?
Their website? email? so my calculation correct or not?
28 Aug to 31 Aug is RM140 rate =140/31*4=RM18
Then 1 Sep to 27 Sep should be RM69 rate =69/30*27=RM62.10

I means, they might had disable IPv6 for streamyx user, which is strange, they could have it enabled so that UniFi user can access it via IPv6. icon_rolleyes.gif

And yes, Lowyat can see you are posting via IPv6 network, but not your IPv6 address la. tongue.gif
As I guess you are currently using UniFi or Mobile Network(yup, some telco enabled IPv6 like UniFi Mobile, private IPv4 + public IPv6 address) instead of streamyx, so I just wonder why they disabled the IPv6 for streamyx user, or it is just me using a older modem which having crappy IPv6 support.

Anyways, Streamyx/ADSL is going to be removed in the future, so I guess they just don't want to keep maintain of IPv6 on it to reduce cost. nod.gif

Here some feedback for other that looking to solve the issue.
That day I wait for TM reply on my issue after I write the detail like above and attach Sep & Oct Bills to them.
They give me this reply:

"Please be informed that pro rate charge will be calculate based on migration date. As checking in our system , please note that your account has been migrate to unifi lite on 26th September 2019. Thus, the pro rate charge start on 26th until 27th September 2019. "

They really waste my time so final chance had given to them and they still don't want to adjust so I follow tampinmy advice direct go MCMC.

Then next day TM reply me with this.

"We refer to your complaint which was received through Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) dated 8 October 2019. Firstly, our appreciation for bringing this matter to our attention and sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

With regards to your issue regarding TM Account , we glad to inform that TM has processed an adjustment with amount of RM 63.90 for the September bill charges as per requested. The adjustment proposed shall be reflected in the next bill. "

Now I just want to ask is that means that Sep bill total is RM63.90 include sst? (Or they mean that the amount that I overpaid is RM63.90 on Sep month?) not the one that I state which is RM82.68? Then Nov bill will be RM73.14-(RM148.40-RM63.90=84.50)=-11.36?
Still need to deduction on Dec bill because Nov not enough for that.

Just call 100 and talk to the operator that you want to cancel the unify tv package (depend on your account type, just go through the terms).

For me, i simply chat with the operator using the unify care web portal, asking to cancel the unify tv package, and they just confirm our account/identity, followed by another call later on the same day asking for another confirmation about the termination of unify tv.

Checked my account on the portal, seem the unify tv package is gone from the list of my subscription

I check the website, it show RM 0.57
I also don't know how they come out this amount.
If it is RM0.57 for this month, then ok lah. That rebate should near to what I overpaid last month.

I am suffering that shit too... complained to TM. That techguy say this problem that problem(cordless phone, modem) la... I swap a new adsl modem, disconnect the cordless phone and still suffering frequent disconnects.

They closed the support ticket already. Now trolling them online. vmad.gif

Tm is playing me for a fool. Promise upgrade 8mb so Sept is rm145. Upgrade failed Aug. I told them I don't mind stable 6mb they dunwan they downgrade back 4mb. Sept bill rm145. Sept 13 call told me I need pay rm69 and leftover will be adjust in oct. Oct came with rm150 complain issue not fix with mcmc/tm they claim is correct my new bill rm69 start end of Sept Wtf. Email reply they now claim is correct and call me someone else name and claim technician came over + tm ppl talked to me recently again Wtf. Nobody talked with me since 13 Sept. Mcmc is quiet after they try close my case and TM kept closing my case.
