Hi, I used Huawei B315s for Unifi simcard. Previously I have no issue with hotspot quota, 10gb is untouched. But starting April, I noticed it use the hotspot quota until all 10gb being used. Is there anything can be fixed to make it unlimited hotspot again?

I'm interested in signing up for Unifi Air since there is no contract. For the SIM only RM79 plan without device, do I insert the SIM in any 4G phone and enable hotspot to use the internet? Plan to use my laptop to connect to internet via phone hotspot.

Hi I am planning to get the SIM Only package and at the same time I need a router but I don't want to be tied to 24 months contract.
What router should I buy? |

Also, how much is the termination fee for the contract package?
Can someone give sample calculation? |

Nope..unless you go for modded router which is not advisable |

Hey guys, I will be living in Malaysia for around a year. Found this forum when scouring around the internet. Thinking to get unifi air since the free wi-fi in my place is really bad. Random disconnects every 10 or 20 minutes, 300 ping spikes in video games. So how is Unifi Air? Is the ping stable for gaming when you use cable? Thanks.

High ping == ur character die in online gaming. mutiny liked this post

Otherwise, its mostly stable from my experience.I'd recommend getting a Unifi Bebas prepaid sim first to test speed and stability first before subscribing to Unifi Air. Also recommend to use a 4G router instead of using phone to hotspot for maximum network stability. |

just realize, at certain place, i can get unifi mobile or unifi air connected to band 3 (1800mhz). the speed great. download speed up to 80Mbps, upload speed up to 53Mbps. and it was on basement parking and inside of the building.
location, Mardhiyyah Hotel & Suites Sec 14 Shah Alam. how i check? test speed using unifi mobile on phone and found out the speed is unusual compare to band 5 and band 40. so i test with my unifi air B618 and check the connection is with band 3 (1800Mhz). this hotel only covered by Celcom indoor antenna. i’m not sure if it roam celcom coverage or not because during checking it not show roaming. just show connected with unifi. |
