I kept the modem anyway, the 1st sohai operator said need to return, but actually no need because is out of contract.
Anyway, useless to keep the modem because it is sim lock, you can't use non Unifi sim on it.

Filed a termination request on January and after 2 months they still taking their sweet time processing my application.

Raised a complaint thru MCMC yesterday (https://aduan.skmm.gov.my/)

Today the termination issue is resolved and they waived the 2 month bills.
