Just encounter a terrible CS... I'm having issue with my card's paywave, and he straight said it is not card issue because the card is new! I tried at 2 different places, both places also can't detect the card. Other cards work fine, so definitely not the terminal problem.

Have you use the card before? or first time use?

Thanks for the info. Will try to use PIN. The CS should've told me that first time use need to use PIN.

Keep us posted, but I don't recall using PIN when I used my QV for the first time. Already activated your card ya? Sure you did since you already know/have your PIN.

Ya, already call cs last time when it didn’t work and confirmed the card already activated. Also tried the pin at Pb atm, also work fine.

Hmm I guess I'll have to explore more and experience it myself

The 12 swipes to be eligible for free annual fee - does it have to be swipes from the main cardholder?

Or can it be from the supplementary cardholder?

Or is it accumulative from both?

My husband is getting this credit card but he won't be using it much (if at all) so I need to make sure how the 12 swipes is tallied up.

"swipe" can also be online transaction, so just use your husband's card when doing online purchases

if you are digi postpaid user you can pay RM 1 x 6 times per day for 2 days to settle 12x annual transaction for AF waiver

Maybe the 12 swipes includes both cards annual fees. I don't know. That's why I'm asking.

You could've just said "No because the supplementary card also has an annual fee of RM150".

Why apply for supp card if the main person wont be using it? (Rhetorical, dont answer. If you think you need it, ok. But do you really need it? Just a something for you to think)
