I called CS he told me try at other merchant
I then tried on Guardian not working
But…

the refund cashback calculation of PBB it's ridiculous
I had a refund 7xx from expedia for Feb statement in September
In february it earned me 30 cashback

I swipe 600 in August
So in September the 600 should earn me 30 cashback
and the 7xx refunded should deduct me 30 cashback which I earned in feb
so my cashback should be 0 in September

But but but!!!
it deduct me -8.xx extra
which mean they calculate the whole 7xx x5% = -38.xx
so -38.xx minus my 30 earn cashback, so I have to pay cashback to PBB -8.xx
although I explained multiple times but the cs insist this is how PBB works

Finally he lodge a report after I express my intention to raise this issue to BNM

Your case got 2 transaction which arguable
But mine only 1 transaction in Feb when I know I gonna used it for expedia and the amount already exceed 600
