hi guys, does anybody here know what unposted transactions is? i bought a few books online using my debit card and i got a confirmation message and email. but when i check inside my pbe app the transaction says unposted. the money in my bank account is deducted but im still unsure if the money actually go through or not because i dont really understand what "unposted" is. checked online eveywhere and i also checked public banks faq but couldnt find any information on this. did my money go through or not? thanks in advance if some of you decide to help me out

its great if it actually go through but im still a little confused because on the pbe app my available balance is deducted but my current balance doesnt deduct. that actually worries me because it makes it seems that the the transaction somehow dont go through. iv'e used the debit card multiple times but this is the first time iv'e ever seen the unposted word beside the transaction date.

Sometimes confirmation on recieving side needed.

Like credit card transaction, even its done and verified, if merchant dont claim the money, money be returned back to d credit card.

Old pbe didn't show too much info so you didn't confuse.

When you perform a Visa/MasterCard transaction, it will take a few days for the merchant to claim the money, once settled it will be posted to your current/savings account.

Only your available balance was earmarked for an authorized charge (yet to be settled at Visa/MasterCard network). But your account balance remains unchanged till the transaction is posted.

Hi regarding PB quantum 2 cards, the max cashback rm30 is it for both cards total rm30 or rm30 per each card ya?

RM 30 for Quantum Visa and RM 30 for Quantum Mastercard

Some people very strict that only cardholder (name) can use card. And based on bank/customer agreement supposed to be like that la.

For quantum mastercard, if i wanna use in grab, which can be entitled to get CB? straight pay using QM in grab or need top up to grabpay wallet using QM ya?

i just called CS to rebate my sst for both 2 cards. She said will credit back to me rm25 each within 4 weeks to 8 weeks. Is it the standard procedure? no need to apply or what? and need take so long? thanks ya

Normally based on experience, SST rebate will be given by tomorrow.
Check your online ledger tomorrow.
