Actually this is my first applied cc after graduated and worked for a year. But I do have a PBB saving account for years
Btw, may I ask for the RM25 cash rebate for new card holders, do I need to call the number behind the credit card after spent RM200, or it supposed to be automatic? thanks!

you may check on eCCRIS if you got activated your own eCCRIS account before, usually will show entry for application of cc after 1 week.

I got the same question as you and called CS.
CS informed me for reward 1 (RM25 rebate), we are required to spend RM200 for each card, only then both card can get their RM25 rebate respectively (means total RM50 rebate)
while for reward 2, spend 600 either 1 of the card to get the reward.
dunno how long the rebate will be reflected into account tho, mine already 1 week but still no news.

AFAIK, it will not be considered as contactless transaction since got pin entry.
And since already got pin entry, already reset the limit.

Doesn't matter how I find the email… I got my PBB Quantum by sending my application form and supporting doc to this email. And yes, email application form along with all the documents they stated.

Another yes, you can drop the form to branch too.
