can go to those agent rather than visit to Jalan Dato Onn for the first time pin?

It took me >6 months to finally able to plan my way there due to personal/work schedules, and whether driving/LRT. As there is limited parking there, I took LRT to SoGo, but walk opposite towards BNM at Jalan Dato Onn. After that, decide to walk to Jalan Tun Perak to run other errands.

I don't know about agents or use them.

Anyone with good credit standing, earn more than what is required by the card, yet still got their application rejected?

I called them up to check, but the CS said there's no reason for the rejection.

I'm finding this very odd.

FWIW, I applied via Ringgit Plus
*
I was in that situation when I applied for Quantum Master, first time with PBB. My credit score was good as I always paid on time and I met the income level well, yet I got rejected. I asked for the reason of rejection and all I was told was "management decision". I asked if the bank could reconsider, the CSA so kindly said he would put in an appeal request for me.
Meanwhile, I paid extra towards all my cards before the month-end so that my CCRIS report would look better i.e. lower utilisation rate. I got the approval message around 10th of the following month when the status of a few of my cards were uploaded on CCRIS.
You can try doing what I did. Don't despair and be patient. I guess PBB cards are so much in demand that any thing in your application that they don't like they simply put aside.
I applied direct. I don't know if it is any different from applying via Ringgit Plus.

Will a canceled application affects my next application?

Previously my income not reaching their min req for quantum, they offer me gold card but I turned down the offer by cancelling the application.

I received increment recently and planning to reapply for quantum cards.

all these occurs within 3 months.

Your increment since 3 months ago? Then try.
If it's just last month, maybe wait till you have 3 months' pay slips on new pay level to make your case stronger.

1st month after the increment. Previously the CS told me 1 month is enough, as long as it shows the new number.

But different CS always give different answers... and I forgot her name else might be able to send directly to her

Instead of going to BNM, you can also go to AKPK office to get your PIN. There are a few AKPK branches in KL/Selangor.

there are limited car park space at BNM.
if BNM car park full, you may park at the school opposite the BNM...
look for SK Sultan Hisamuddin Alam Shah in google map... there is one large open car park before the school main entrance...

Let us know if it goes through? I'm gonna do another credit check in a couple of days to see what the issue actually is.

Hmmm...Seems like I got in touch with a shitty CS. Or maybe applying via RP was not a very good idea.

Thanks for the input. Not sure if I wanna jump through all those hoops just to get their card. A bit peeved to be honest.

Go to AKPK @ Maju Junction is easier as you can park at Pertama Complex or Sogo.

If you stop at Bandar Rays station, can go to Maju Junctuon, no need to cross the bridge to BNM.
