i hvt tried before wave then pin, but anyone tried this maybe can elaborate how is the process:

1. wave then insert card for pin or
2. wave then straight away pin

the 1st one might not entitled for contactless but i think the 2nd one still consider contactless before no contact from ur cc to the device

Eg SamsungPay RM500, you wave phone at card terminal but you need to key in the PIN to complete the transaction.

PIN trigger happens if your contactless amount is > RM 250

You won't get 2 QM (principal). If you have terminated QV, you will get a QV with a new number.

2 Quantum mastercard already "happened"? If not, doubt public bank will send you another quantum mastercard unless its expired.

from my experience, the transaction that exceeds the RM500 threshold didnt trigger the block. havent tried subsequent transaction to test the limit.

your case, 2nd last transaction already exceeded. last transaction also didnt trigger any block.

could be because PBB count it differently? or other possible reasons, e.g. your last transaction was OFFLINE, so the limit was not validated.
if you want to, try another contactless transaction (smallish amount) and see if it goes through
